We will endeavour to collect information from you in a fair and unobtrusive way.

If we become aware that we have received information by other means or not for authorised purposes, we will not keep it.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your information is accurate before we use it and only use your information for the reason it was collected.

You permit us to disclose information to any agency authority, person, or legal entity for good reason, including where doing so is required to meet our commitment to you, or to comply with/uphold/enforce the law, or to avoid endangering someone’s health or safety.

While our website may have links to other websites, we will be unable to control how others deal with your information and any link implies no warranty that we do so. You should check the policies relating to any other website and before you provide your information to it.

We may send your information to someone overseas, but only if we are reasonably satisfied that your information will be adequately protected, otherwise we will seek your express consent. Your information will beheld by us at our address shown in our website and on our server within ourcloud-based information management system.

We will do everythingwe reasonably can to store your information securely, to prevent it being lost,disclosed to, or accessed by others, corrupted, or modified.

We will hold your informationonly for so long as we need to, to meet the objectives set out in this Policyand in connection with the purposes for which it was collected. We will securelydispose of your information when we no longer need it.

Access and correctionof your personal information

You may ask to check your information to verify that it is complete, correct, and up to date.

If you request us to correct any of your information, we will do so and we will inform anyone else who we know has received it from us to correct their records.

Deletion
You can ask us to delete information where we no longer need it, or if we are relying on your consent to process information and you withdraw that consent. You have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. In addition, if we have shared information with others and it is reasonably possible to advise them of your request, we will do so, or we may enable you to contact them directly.

Right to restrict processing
In some circumstances, such as where you contest the accuracy of that personal information or you do not want us to erase your information but instead require restriction of processing, we may or block or restrict access to it.  If you are entitled to restriction of processing your information and we have shared it with others, we will, where it is reasonably possible for us to do so, advise them of your request. Also, if it is possible and practical to do so, we may put them directly in contact with you for that purpose.

Right to data portability
You have the right, in certain circumstances, to obtain personal information you have provided us with (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) and to re-use it elsewhere, or to ask us to transfer this to a third party of your choice.

Right to object
