Linda joined Matthew in partnership in 2001 having worked with him since 1993. She holds an LLB from the University of Auckland. Her aim is to work with her clients collaboratively to produce outcomes suited to the clients’ needs and goals.
Linda’s practical approach to legal issues or situations is the result of her more than 30 years’ experience in the practise of law (including examining in the New Zealand Law Society’s Legal Executive Course, presenting seminars for the Law Society and convening Law Society committees in property, business law and public issues).
Linda enjoys assisting clients in property, trusts, small business, relationship property, employment and entertainment law – important aspects of our legal lives which often overlap as we negotiate life’s hurdles. She believes strongly in the need to advocate her client’s position while helping her client to understand the application of the law to their situation.
Linda is also a passionate supporter of the arts, having proudly volunteered her time and expertise on the Board of Centre City Music Theatre Inc (CCMT) for many years. CCMT is a charitable trust that arranges educational opportunities in the arts for students. Through CCMT Linda has an internatonal network of performers, directors and teachers of the arts. Providing legal services to the Entertainment Industry is her passion.
