Florence is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience advising investors on strategic financial matters, international tax, and cross-border structuring. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland. Florence’s approach is both strategic and practical, combining technical expertise with a collaborative style to help clients manage and protect wealth, navigate complexity, and achieve outcomes that align with their business and long-term legacy goals.

Florence has held senior leadership roles across complex organisations, including as Group Chief Financial Officer of a multinational aviation group, where she oversaw Finance, Legal, HR, and IT, and worked closely with the Board and executive team on strategic and regulatory matters. Earlier in her career, she has built deep expertise in tax and transaction advisory through senior executive roles at a Big4 accounting firm, advising on investment structuring, due diligence, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and private wealth matters across New Zealand, Australia, and China. This breadth of experience enables Florence to support family office clients with the financial, regulatory, and cross-border issues that often arise in managing their substantial private wealth in New Zealand.

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Florence is particularly valued for her ability to bridge cultural and commercial perspectives between New Zealand and China.
